Once we've listed your home for sale, I'll help you with tips on things we might do to improve the appeal and ease of showing.
I'll develop and implement a marketing plan involving things such as inputting information about your home in the computerized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database, organize Open House viewing by the areas top realtors, email and faxes to prospective buyers and advertisement in newspapers and circulars.
I'll produce and distribute full color marketing flyers with pictures of your home.
We'll install an electronic key lock box so that only registered Realtors who have prearranged viewing appointments can enter.
After every viewing I will interview the prospective buyer's agent for valuable feedback on the buyers' perceptions.
I will be your professional consultant helping you evaluate and counter the sometimes complex offers. This is where my Marketing degree, Paralegal education, experience in the Title as well as Real Estate business will be very helpful in getting you the very best price. Very often, it's the terms and conditions which make the sale.
There's still lots of things to do once the offer is accepted. There are various surveys, inspections, etc. My experience and careful attention to all these details allows us to detect and clear up problems quickly ensuring expeditious closing of the deal.
